My writing and research reflects my omnivorous appetite for social patterns and ideas.

I write white papers, blog posts, and website content on topics ranging from small business features to cultural criticism. I also edit a wide range of materials, from websites to scholarly work, including book chapters, conference presentations, and dissertations.

I have a Ph.D. in music history and theory from The University of Chicago. I have also been a concert flutist and a ballet/ballroom dancer.
